We are confident in the Service we offer and the results it produces for participants. Please contact us if you are unsatisfied with Get.Reinvented's services and we will strive to resolve the issue. Please note that we are unable to offer refunds in the following situations: Purchases of digital downloads; participant's devices and internet system fail to meet the minimum technical requirements; accident, illness, injury or life circumstances prevent a participant from exercising; ignorance of the thirty day time limit on videos; the Service and/or its results are not to the participant's personal taste or preferences. Participants are advised to review the Terms of Service and the minimum technical requirements prior to purchasing the Service.
